Walsh Law, PLLC is pleased to announce that Kim Channick has been elevated to partner. Kim has been with Walsh Law since its founding and is nationally recognized as a rising star within the plaintiffs bar. Earlier this year, the National Trial Lawyers named Kim to their list of the Top 40 Under 40 litigators. “Kim has been instrumental to the firm’s success,” said Walsh Law’s Founding Partner, Alex Walsh. “It is no exaggeration to say that, without Kim, we could not have launched Walsh Law as a preeminent plaintiff-side trial boutique,” Walsh added. “I have been privileged to practice with Kim since her early days as a lawyer and I am so proud to now have her as my partner. I look forward to many more years of working with Kim to fight for justice for our clients in the nation’s courts.”

Kim honed her litigation skills at top tier defense side firms and, since transitioning to the plaintiffs’ side in 2021, she has put her many strengths to work on behalf of individuals and families. “I love the entire process of a major litigation, from the earliest exploratory stages to the courtroom showdown. Walsh Law is the ideal place to use the expertise I’ve developed to help hold corporations accountable for harm they’ve caused our clients,” said Kim.

Kim’s most recent work includes fighting for families whose babies experienced devastating injuries after consuming dangerous cow milk-based formulas. Kim has also fought on behalf of a U.S. Army veteran who suffered debilitating tinnitus after defective earplugs manufactured by 3M failed to protect his hearing. Going forward, Kim will continue to use her significant expertise in designing and executing successful trial strategies, and identifying, vetting, and developing expert witnesses across a wide range of medical, scientific, and regulatory specialties.
